As a small business, we offer these lower prices with the expectation that customers will remain subscribed for at least one additional billing cycle. This helps cover product costs, fulfillment, and operational expenses.
3. Recurring Billing
After the initial purchase, your subscription will automatically renew according to the selected delivery interval.
You will be charged the applicable subscription price each billing cycle until the subscription is canceled.
4. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle is processed.
Once your cancellation request is confirmed, no future orders will be generated.
5. Refund Policy for Subscription Orders
If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be refunded or canceled.
Customers are responsible for accepting delivery of subscription orders that have already been processed.
If you no longer wish to continue receiving orders, please contact our support team and we will cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.
Please note:
Refunds are not provided for recurring subscription orders that have already been processed
Canceling a subscription does not reverse or refund previously processed orders
Customers must cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges
6. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, our system may automatically retry the payment.
If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be paused or canceled at our discretion.
7. Changes to Subscription Terms
Cubes reserves the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time to reflect operational or legal requirements. Continued use of the subscription service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
