Cubes: Subscription Policy

At Cubes, we offer a subscription program that allows customers to receive significant introductory discounts in exchange for recurring deliveries. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms.

1. Subscription Agreement & the Checkbox
By selecting the subscription checkbox at checkout, you are explicitly agreeing to enroll in our automatic recurring billing program.

If you do not want a subscription, please do not click the checkmark. * Standard one-time purchase options are available at the regular retail price for those who do not wish to commit to recurring orders.

2. Discounted Pricing & Minimum Commitment
The introductory discount provided on your first order is a benefit reserved for our long-term subscribers.

Two-Order Minimum: To qualify for the discounted subscription rate, you are required to receive and pay for at least two (2) consecutive orders (the initial order plus one renewal).

We provide these lower prices with the expectation of a continued relationship; therefore, the subscription cannot be canceled until this minimum commitment is met.

3. Recurring Billing
After your initial purchase, your payment method will be charged automatically for the second order according to the delivery interval selected at checkout. You authorize Cubes to charge your provided payment method for these recurring costs.

4. Cancellation Policy
We do not offer immediate cancellations for subscriptions purchased at the discounted rate.

Eligibility: Cancellation requests will only be accepted and processed after your second order has been successfully billed and fulfilled.

How to Cancel: Once the two-order minimum is met, you may cancel at any time by contacting our support team at sales@cubesofficial.com.

Requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before the next scheduled billing cycle to avoid further charges.

5. Refund Policy
Processed Orders: Once a subscription order (including the mandatory second order) has been processed or shipped, it is final and cannot be refunded.

Contractual Agreement: By checking the subscription box, you acknowledge that you are entering into a contract for a minimum of two deliveries. Refunds will not be issued as a way to bypass this commitment.

6. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, our system will automatically retry the charge. A failed payment does not constitute a cancellation; the commitment for the second order remains active until the balance is settled.

7. Changes to Terms
Cubes reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the subscription service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
